Regular Domestic Cleaning and Regular Office Cleaning
MDC Eco Cleaning requires a minimum of 2 hours 30 minutes per visit. The customer must provide a list of cleaning tasks. All cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work will be provided by MDC Eco Cleaning unless other arrangements are agreed; the charge for materials and equipment is included in the hourly cleaning rate. All equipment not supplied by MDC must be in good working order and be safe for use. The client must allow the cleaner(s) access to hot water and power. The customer understands that the price he/she has been quoted does not include any additional services but those stated in the quote or contract agreement.
Pre or End of Tenancy Cleaning
MDC Eco Cleaning reserves the rights to amend the initial quotation, should the customer’s original requirement change. Minimum of 2 hours 30 minutes per visit required. All cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work will be provided by MDC Eco Cleaning unless other arrangements are agreed; the charge for materials and equipment is included in the hourly cleaning rate. All equipment not supplied by MDC must be in good working order and be safe for use. The client must allow the cleaner(s) access to hot water and power. The customer understands that the price he/she has been quoted does not include any additional services but those stated in the quote. The client is advised that a Pre or End of Tenancy Clean may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After building cleaning, party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning. The type of clean required, deep, medium or sparkle clean will be confirmed in the quotation.
One-off Cleaning

The client is advised that a One-off Cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After building cleaning, party cleaning or badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning. Carpet cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning
MDC Eco Cleaning reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirement change. A cleaning Order Confirmation is demanded before work commences. The minimum charge for all Carpet and Upholstery cleaning is £35.00 + VAT. The customer must allow the cleaner access to water and power. . A deposit of £35.00 + VAT will be taken before the work commences. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill,
Handy Man Service
MDC Eco Cleaning reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirement change. A cleaning Order Confirmation is demanded before work commences. All materials and equipment needed for the required work will be provided by MDC Eco Cleaning unless other arrangements are agreed; the charge for materials and equipment is included in the hourly service rate. The customer must allow the cleaner access to water and power. A deposit of £35.00 + VAT will be taken before the work commences. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill, or used as a cancellation fee if the customer cancels the job or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Payment
All outstanding balances and payments for cleaning services carried out (except regular domestic and office cleaning) are payable by cash, cheque or card on the day of the cleaning visit. If paying by cheque, a cheque guarantee card is required and the customer will be responsible for all bank and legal charge resulting from a dishonoured cheque.
Claims
In case of complaint, MDC Eco Cleaning requires to be notified within 24 hours after cleaning work completion. Claims will not be considered after the above time limit. If the customer is dissatisfied with the work, and we cannot provide photographic evidence of the clean conditions, a cleaner will be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge. MDC Eco Cleaning does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, expanses or damage caused by any act or omission of the introduced cleaner.
Cancellation
Regular domestic cleaning and office cleaning:
Customers may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. Customers may terminate the whole service by giving two week (14 days) advanced notice in writing and specifying the last cleaning date. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay the full price of one cleaning visit in case of a termination of the service if the customer has given less than one week advanced notice. Customer has the right to terminate the service without giving one week advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only.
Pre / End of Tenancy cleaning:
Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £35.00 cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
One-off cleaning:
Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £35.00 cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Carpet cleaning:
Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay £35.00 + VAT of the quote as a deposit and cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If an initial deposit has been paid to MDC Eco Cleaning then the customer agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.
Handy Man Service:

After cancellation of the cleaning service:
By ordering MDC Eco Cleaning’s service by telephone, e-mail or MDC Eco Cleaning’s website the customer agrees to be bound by MDC Eco Cleaning’s terms and conditions.
